Search for a Redemption

The search feature on the Redemptions screen allows you to search for a specified text string anywhere within the name of the Redemption's associated Reward, the Member name, or the Member email address. You can also filter the Redemptions screen to show only Redemptions created within a specified date range, or with a specified status, or related to Rewards of a specified type.

Note: The Redemptions screen also displays Awards, but only Awards that have a status of Claimed.

To search for a Redemption:

  1. Select Rewards from the top navigation bar, then select Rewards > Redemptions from the side navigation menu. The Redemptions screen is displayed.

  2. Optionally, in the Search field, enter the desired text string.

  3. Optionally, use the two date fields to define a range for "created date."

  4. Optionally, from the Type drop-down menu, select a Reward type. The default is Any Type.

  1. Optionally, from the Status drop-down menu, select Redemption processing status value. The default is Any Status.

  2. Click the Search icon. The screen is refreshed to show only the Redemptions that meet your search criteria. If you entered multiple search criteria, the Redemption must meet ALL criteria.

  1. To sort the search results, select the desired sort order from the Sort By drop-down menu. The default sort order is by: Date Created.

  2. Optionally, to remove all search criteria and revert to the default criteria, click the Clear icon.

For each Redemption, the platform displays information about the Reward and about the Member who redeemed the Reward. Once you find the desired Redemption, you can view the following detailed information:

  • Click the Member's name to view the Member Details screen. See Member Details for more information.

  • Click the Reward name to view the Redemption Details screen. See View Redemption Details for more information.

Note: The Redemptions screen also displays Awards, but only Awards that have a status of Claimed. You can identify that a record is an Award (rather than a Redemption) by looking in the Used Award ID field and the Granting Object field. For Awards, the Used Award ID field is displayed and populated with the Award ID. Likewise, the Granting Object field is populated with "Award" followed by the Award ID.
